F.A.Q.

Q. When looking for a quality mover, what should I first consider?
A. You want to make sure that the mover you select has received their ProMover designation from the American Moving & Storage Association.

Q. What is an AMSA ProMover and why should I use one for my move?
A. The ProMover program is AMSA's premier consumer protection and quality certification program, designed to identify reputable, professional movers from imposters (or rogue movers) within the industry.  The ProMover program promotes ethical principles in the moving & storage industry and works with federal and state governments to mitigate unethical moving practices.  But, more importantly, it helps you by providing an identifying measure of quality.

Q. Is Arpin Van Lines a ProMover?
A. Arpin Van Lines and its agency representatives were some of the first to obtain their ProMover certification from the AMSA when the program was started.

Q. What else should I consider when selecting a mover?
A. Ask your family, friends and neighbors about their experiences with movers.  You may also want to check with consumer organizations (such as the Better Business Bureau) in your area.  Also, always talk to different movers to compare their services and costs.
